职责描述： Job description 1.Being familiar with Lean Production tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, problem solving methods and Autonomous Maintenance) and effectively used them in workshop. 熟悉精益基本工具（5S, Kaizen, 价值流, 解决问题的方法和自主维护），并且能有效地将其运用于车间。 2.To lead 5S activities and planning audits. 领导5S 活动，并且做好计划的进度审查。 3.To lead all kaizen activities to improve fabrication process and work with kaizen teams. 领导改善相关活动提高生产进程，与改善小组合作。 4.To give Lean Trainings to both White and Blue collar. 根据各部门实际需求对蓝白领提供相关精益生产各项培训 5.Teach and adopt the lean study for both white and blue collars. 向公司白领和蓝领教授并且运用精益学习 任职要求： Job requirement 1.3 years’ experience in lean implementation； 3年以上精益生产相关工作经验 2.Majored in Industrial engineer； 工业工程或相关专业，本科或以上学历 3.Excellent communication skills, outstanding organization ability；良好的沟通能力和组织能力 4.Excellent communication in English (Talking, Reading, Writing)； 良好的英语表达能力（听说读写） 5.Good coordination with other departments. 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力。
